What is a Bike Bus?

The Brown Bike Bus is a Denver based Bike Bus, and a fun way to get kids to school by starting out with some healthy physical activity.

Started in Barcelona and recently popularized stateside in Portland, Bike Buses are groups rides where kids ride to school together. Kids can start at the beginning of the ride, or be “picked up” by the group along the way. Studies show that kids that get a exercise in the morning have better academic performance. Our Bike Bus was recently featured by Denverite, Colorado Public Radio, Denver 7, 9 News, and on NPR’s Morning Edition.
